Mother's Day Brunch at the Farm

"I had so much fun putting together this Mother's Day brunch inspiration and was thrilled to have Chris over at Celebrations at Home share it with her readers, too. Today I wanted to share more of the gorgeous images that Alice G. Patterson captured along with my inspiration when I was putting things together."

It’s not exactly the old “mix and match”. Creating the perfect Mother’s Day brunch is more about the mix than the match. It’s combining a variety of textures and styles to create something truly unique and inviting.

At the farmhouse, our personal flavor is to start with a rustic look and add a formal touch, like mismatched silverware paired with elegant glass for a sparkly element. Think: treasured family heirloom mixed with modern design. We first establish a quiet background using soft neutrals and then bring it all to life by adding vibrant flowers and stunning cuisine – allowing the vivid hues of the blossoms and treats to naturally brighten and punch up the setting. Trust us: nothing says Happy Mother’s Day like a lush bouquet of freshly picked, sweet-scented greenery and vivacious colors.

A brunch table setting doesn’t get easier, more simple or more naturally beautiful than this! And your sweet mama is sure to love it.
