Trading their Boston lifestyle for full-time mountain living, this active family commissioned the construction of a new, timber framed home.
Inspired by their proximity to a popular Southern Vermont ski resort, the interiors embrace natural materials, such as white oak floors, a granite stone wall, a floating staircase in reclaimed wood, and shiplap and shou sugi ban wood treatments.
To balance the outdoor feel, we layered soft furnishings, delicate light fixtures, and a cool-toned palette.
We tailored each space to modern-day living with cozy reading nooks nestled throughout the home, an open concept living room and dining area, a spacious media room, and several uniquely immersive bedrooms. Perfect for laid-back living après ski.
