So, depending on how devoted a Teaselwood Design follower you are – if you’ve been on our trail since back in the day, like, way, way back in the day, when we were known as Elan Interiors – you may remember a fantastic bathroom overhaul that we performed at our very own farmhouse. Well, good news! Even if this is all new to you! We’re covering it here, again, and this time, we’re even offering the plan at our shop, as, we’re flattered to say we received lots and lots and LOTS of inquiries from fellow DIY fanatics looking to spruce up their own lovely lavs using our design. Now you can get all the details big and small from our remodel – the specs, the paint colors, the retailers where you can buy all of our bathroom loot, etc – directly from our shop so you can confidently embark upon your own DIY powder room makeover!

As you can see in the Before, the bathroom was too tiny to even cram in for a decent photo! Talk about claustrophobic.

Here we bumped out into the room the door on the right is the existing Powder Room the door on the left is a closet.

To create a little more wiggle room (literally), we bumped out into the adjacent room that just so happened to be too big with unused, wasted space. And when it comes to space, waste not, want not, right? So our original two rooms were combined into one as we blew out the closet and powder room.

After

Add to that a custom vanity, restoration hardware sconces, a custom mirror, a more relaxed color palette for the whole room, and you’ve got one gorgeous place of solitude and a much more pleasant loo experience!
