Set along the slopes of Okemo Mountain, Alpine Way is a 3,500-square-foot ski-in/ski-out townhouse fully remodeled by the Teaselwood team from top to bottom. Designed as a second home for a family of five, the vision centered on a clean, modern aesthetic—crisp lines, intentional negative space, and a refined architectural presence. Our in-house construction team led the entire transformation, ensuring continuity between structure, finish, and final detailing.

While the aesthetic leans modern, warmth was thoughtfully introduced through texture, tone, and natural materiality drawn from the surrounding mountain environment. Soft wood elements, restrained stone, and a muted palette create depth without distraction—allowing expansive winter views to remain the focal point. Alpine Way is a study in balance: contemporary yet grounded, minimal yet inviting, and quietly luxurious in a way that feels effortless and enduring.
