Daybreak Okemo Solitude

A fully reimagined ski-in, ski-out residence designed to support generational living and effortless time on the mountain.

Daybreak Okemo Solitude began as a newly acquired slopeside condominium, purchased as an extension of the family’s primary mountain home to provide additional space for their older children and guests. The goal was to create a fully independent, turnkey residence that felt both elevated and highly functional—supporting the rhythms of ski days while offering a calm, restorative retreat.

Teaselwood led the full renovation and construction, transforming the condo into a cohesive, light-filled environment rooted in natural materials and alpine durability. Stone elements, enhanced natural light, and performance-driven finishes create a balance of strength and refinement, while custom-built mudroom storage—designed and executed by our in-house team—ensures seamless daily transitions. Furnishings were curated for comfort without excess, resulting in a mountain residence that feels both independent and connected—crafted to support gathering, flexibility, and long-term use across generations.
